We have no "stock content" and don't use any templates. All of our web sites feature professionally written, customized content. Not only is every practice unique, but if you use stock content, you will be penalized by search engines and will end up needing a separate marketing program to drive traffic to your web site. Search engines are looking for unique content.

Starter web site package: $1950 - includes:
• Doctor profile and photo
• Description of services (3 pages of services, with web site optimized for three search phrases)

• Make-an-appointment page (lets your visitor fill in telephone number and preferred appointment times, so that you can call them)

Basic web site: $4450 - includes all of the above, plus:
• Enhanced graphics throughout, to impress visitors with the quality and class of your office.
• Staff profiles and photos
• 8 pages of services, with descriptions, pros and cons
• We also strongly recommend a photo gallery package

Professional web site: $5950 - includes all of the above plus:
• Extended FAQ sections on various topics
• Patient registration forms
• Continuing ed list
• Patient newsletter
• Patient survey form (results are delivered to you via e-mail)

Add-Ons:

• "Ask the doctor" blog  $595 set-up fee plus $50 per post extra maintenance fee, billed monthly.

If you're serious about wanting to maximize traffic to your web site, we strongly recommend adding a blog. We will create an "ask the doctor" page, and the blog will be set up as a subdirectory within your site. You may either post the answers by yourself (it's easy to do), or you may e-mail us your answers and we will post them. In either case, we will edit your posts for clarity, spelling, and grammar, and will then search-engine optimize them to help draw traffic to your site.

Maintenance:
All maintenance packages include high-intensity search engine optimization. We do not do less than first class search engine optimization. Because of the importance of our reputation, we only do the highest level. To get you ranked at the top, we employ a link-building specialist, and Dr. Hall is continually tweaking your content and adding to it. (He monitors the questions web visitors are asking to stay in touch with search trends.) Google gives preference to active sites, so this part of our services is very important

• Site maintenance: $195/month
• Maintenance if a blog is involved: $250/month
